            TL;DR: OuterBot is local-first. Your code stays on your machine. We only collect what's necessary to provide the service. We never sell your data.

4.1 Local-First Architecture

OuterBot is designed with a local-first architecture. This means:

Your code and project data remain on your computer
Conversation memory is stored in a local SQLite database
Analysis results are saved locally
You maintain full control over your data

If you use Cloud features (coming soon), additional data may be stored on our servers:

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
Stored in secure data centers (AWS/GCP)
Access is strictly controlled and logged
You can export or delete your data at any time

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication), cloud hosting
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

When you delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

OuterBot is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.

10. International Data Transfers

If you are accessing OuterBot from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US. We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
