The Service includes a CLI tool, website, and optional cloud features.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account

- One account per person (no shared accounts)

- Resell the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
You retain all rights to your code, projects, and content. OuterBot does not claim ownership of any content you create or analyze using the Service.
5.2 Our Content
The OuterBot software, website, documentation, and branding are owned by OuterBot and protected by intellectual property laws. The CLI tool is open source under the MIT License.
5.3 Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use them without obligation to you.
6. Payment Terms
6.1 Pricing
- Prices are listed on our pricing page
- Prices may change with 30 days notice
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
6.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually)
- Payment is processed via Stripe
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
6.3 Refunds
- 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions
- Prorated refunds available within first 30 days
- No refunds after 30 days, but you can cancel anytime
6.4 Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from your account settings
- Access continues until end of billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time (after 30 days)
7. Service Availability
7.1 Uptime
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The CLI tool works offline; cloud features require internet connectivity.
7.2 Modifications
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. For paid features, we will provide at least 30 days notice.
7.3 Support

8. Third-Party Services
OuterBot integrates with third-party services (Anthropic, GitHub, Stripe). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms:

- The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Results from the Service will be accurate
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
AI-generated content may contain errors. Always review AI suggestions before use.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for third-party service failures
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OuterBot from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
12. Termination
12.1 By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Abusive behavior
- Non-payment
- Legal requirements
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ends immediately
- Local data remains on your machine
- Cloud data is deleted within 30 days
- Sections 5, 9, 10, 11 survive termination
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation
- Mediation (if negotiation fails)
- Binding arbitration (AAA rules)
Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting a notice on our website
- Sending an email to registered users
- Updating the "Last updated" date
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OuterBot
- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
- Waiver: Failure to enforce a right does not waive it
